The district provides for the
collective efforts of more that 50 clubs within Vermont . We:
• Provide training and motivation
for new clubs and new club officers.
• Co-sponsor ' Twin-State Soccer
", which provides competition between senior, all-star girl and boy players
from Vermont and New Hampshire .
• Co-sponsor Green Mountain -
Austine Camp for hearing impaired children.
• Conduct an international youth
exchange.
• Offer an annual Peace Poster
contest.
• Provide special project funding
and a resource for charitable contributions, through Lions Charities Inc.
• Conduct meetings of club
officers, conferences and an annual convention.
